Function and conference/meeting room

Chadstone Bowls Club has a large function space that can be used for a licensed social function or a conference/meeting space.

NOTE: Our function space is fully booked now till Christmas. We are taking booking for 2025.

Licensed Function space

As a licensed function space, we have an area that includes the following:

• Function space that is 10 by 32 m, capable of seating up to 160 people at tables, or holding up to 400 people including access to the area outside around the bowling green.

• Access to a fully licensed bar including bar staff.

• Access to commercial kitchen for catering purposes.

• Audio/visual facilities including multiple large screen TV's with HDMI connection, WIFI, speakers throughout the space, and wireless microphone.

• Access to tables and chairs for seating up to 160 people.

Conference/Meeting room space

As a conference / meeting room space, we have an area that includes the following:

• Function space that is 10 by 16 m, capable of seating up to 120 people at tables.

• Access to commercial kitchen for catering purposes.

• Audio/visual facilities including multiple large screen TV's with HDMI connection, WIFI, speakers throughout the space, and wireless microphone.

• Access to tables and chairs for seating up to 120 people.
